Ahhhh! This is totally a copycat of this film I saw a few years ago... the name of which, sadly, I cannot remember. Nor can I remember the name of the video compilation on which I saw it. But anyway, if you like this, you'll probably love that one... because it's like three minutes long and has crazy backgrounds and stuff. And no narrator telling you about glucosamine.
